Getting started
Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No account is required. You can place an order as a guest by entering your email address. However, creating a free account lets you track all your orders in one place and access your API key.
How do I place an order?

Browse our services, select the one you want, enter your profile or post link, choose your quantity, and click Order Now. You'll then be shown payment instructions. Once we verify your payment, your order starts automatically.
Is my account or password required?
▼
Never. We only need a link to your public profile or post — your username, password, or any login credentials are never required. Your account security is never at risk.
What is the minimum order amount?
▼
The minimum order amount is ₹50. Each service also has its own minimum quantity — this is shown on the order form before you place your order.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI apps) for Indian customers. For international customers, we accept Wise transfers in USD, EUR, GBP, and INR.
How long does payment verification take?
▼
UPI payments are typically verified within 30 minutes. Wise transfers may take up to 2 hours. Once verified, your order starts immediately. If your payment isn't verified within the stated time, contact us on WhatsApp.
What is a UTR number and where do I find it?
▼
UTR stands for Unique Transaction Reference — it's a 12-digit number assigned to every UPI payment. You can find it in your UPI app under payment history after completing a transaction. It looks like: 425819234567.
Is my payment secure?

Yes. All UPI payments go directly to our verified UPI ID. We never store your payment details. For Wise, transfers go directly to our official Wise account.
Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?

Delivery speed varies by service. Most services start within 0–1 hour of payment verification. The estimated start time and speed are shown on each service listing. Some services may take longer due to platform restrictions.
Will my profile or post be safe?
▼
We only use services that comply with platform guidelines to the best possible extent. However, no service can provide a 100% guarantee against platform actions. We recommend not purchasing extremely large quantities in a short time and using gradual delivery options where available.
What happens if my order drops after delivery?

Some services include a refill guarantee (shown with a green Refill badge). If your count drops within the refill period, contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID and we'll initiate a refill request.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
▼
Orders can only be canceled if they haven't started yet. Once delivery has begun, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to cancel — we'll do our best to help.
How do I track my order?

If you have an account, login and visit your dashboard to see all order statuses. Guest orders can be tracked by contacting us on WhatsApp with your order ID and email.

Do you offer reseller or wholesale pricing?

Yes. Our prices are already competitive for resellers. If you plan to order in high volume regularly, contact us on WhatsApp to discuss custom pricing.
