We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, revenue, or algorithmic benefits from using our services. Results may vary based on platform changes, account activity, and other factors beyond our control.

3. User responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the links you provide are correct and point to public profiles or posts
• Ensuring your use of our services complies with the terms of service of the respective social media platform
• Any consequences arising from the use of our services on your accounts
• Providing accurate payment information and transaction references

4. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to payment verification. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. For international payments via Wise, the INR equivalent at the time of payment applies.

Submitting a false UTR or transaction reference is considered fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to platform restrictions, high order volumes, or technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders within the stated timeframe.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect links, private accounts, or changes made to the target profile after placing an order.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use our platform to:

• Purchase services for accounts that promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
• Resell services without proper disclosure to your end customers
• Submit fraudulent payment information

• Use automated bots or scripts to place orders without our consent

8. Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent payments, or engage in chargebacks without contacting us first.

9. Limitation of liability

iSocialize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to account suspension by third-party platforms, loss of followers after delivery, or business losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
